GOP Voters in Texas Are Fucking Morons: Their Leaders Clearly Don’t Care About the People of Texas

Drowned, Washed Away, and Forgotten

Texas was once again struck by deadly flooding. Torrential rains submerged entire neighborhoods, washed away vehicles, and left children clinging to rooftops as rescue boats failed to arrive in time.

Over a dozen deaths were reported across the state—many of them from drowning, some from electrocution, and others from being trapped inside collapsing homes. The state’s infrastructure, repeatedly warned to be unprepared for climate-driven weather events, buckled yet again.

Meanwhile, the Republican Party of Texas remains focused on culture war nonsense and abortion surveillance apps. They offered no vision, no urgency, and no leadership—just scapegoats and slogans.

Texans died in these floods. Not for the first time. And certainly not for the last.

After Uvalde: Still Nothing

In May 2022, nineteen children and two teachers were slaughtered at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas. The horror shocked the nation not just because of the carnage, but because of the cowardice of the local police—who stood outside the classroom for over an hour while the killer murdered kids.

There was a moment when it seemed even Texas might demand real change. But it passed.

Three years later, the GOP has done nothing. Not a single serious reform has passed. The same party that screams about protecting children from books and drag queens refused to lift a finger to protect them from guns. Not even that could shake their voters into accountability.

Why the GOP Base Must Be Blamed

Republican leaders are craven, yes. But they are craven because they know their voters don’t care.

Texas GOP voters have had every chance to punish failure—and instead, they reward it. Over and over again.

They reelect climate deniers while the state floods. They cheer on border stunts while their children die in classrooms. They vote for men who sell them nothing but fear, grievance, and gas station masculinity.

It’s not ignorance. It’s not confusion. It’s moral rot.

Callousness as a Way of Life

Texas could lead the nation in energy transition. It could be a hub of resilient design, safety innovation, and pragmatic governance. But it won’t be. Because its ruling political class, with the consent of their voters, sees cruelty as strength and compassion as weakness.

They don’t want change. They want domination.

So they will let their state drown. They will let their children die. They will laugh about it on Fox News. And then they will vote for it again.

No More Excuses

If you are a GOP voter in Texas in 2025, you are not a victim of political deception.

You are the author of it. And when the next child dies, the next storm kills, or the next tragedy goes unanswered, the blood is on your hands.

Voting for the GOP makes you a fucking moron.

And it’s so much worse... when you’re proud of it.
